  • Lemon slices & fresh mint: Tossed in at the end to infuse the iced tea with a bright, zesty tang and an incredibly clean, cooling aroma.

Instructions

  1. In a saucepan, bring 4 cups of water and 1 cup of sugar to a boil, stirring until the sugar completely dissolves.
  2. Turn off the heat, add the 2 iced tea bags to the pan, and allow the sweet tea mixture to steep and cool down to room temperature.

  3. Place 3 cups of fresh cubed watermelon into a blender and process until smooth.

  4. Pour the blended watermelon through a fine-mesh strainer into a large pitcher to separate and collect the clear juice, discarding the remaining pulp.
  5. Combine the cooled sweet tea with the strained watermelon juice directly inside the pitcher. Drop in some ice, lemon slices, and a handful of mint leaves into the mixture and stir well.

  6. Enjoy!
